At ESSENTIAL FOODS, we offer our meals prepared in both our traditional finest British Heritage Kitchens and our Heartland Kitchens. This means you decide which kitchen your ESSENTIALS meal is prepared in – at the time of ordering.

Our finest British Heritage Kitchens
In our British kitchens, we proudly prepare our most luxurious uncompromising, first-class meals using local, regional, and free-range ingredients.
Every preparation meet the highest standards of culinary excellence, employing refined techniques and a near hand-made approach that preserves the natural character of each ingredient by maintaining a cooking temperature of no more than 90°C.

Our Heartland Kitchens
In our European Kitchen, we prepare our range of ultra-premium meals using carefully selected ingredients sourced from across Europe.
Our efficient preparation process delivers consistent quality and flavour, while maintaining the high standards you expect from us.
By sourcing top-tier ingredients from Europe, we’re able to offer exceptional meals at an accessible price - without compromising on taste or nutritional value.
Same composition, slight variations
The recipes from both kitchens are rooted in the British kitchen, so you’ll find the same composition in your meal regardless of which kitchen it comes from. However, there may be slight variations in certain recipes, as we always prioritise sourcing the highest-quality ingredients from the regions we work with.
