Qualifying recommendation
A qualifying recommendation is defined as a purchase made at essentialfoodsgb.co.uk by a person (a "recommended friend") who is purchasing on our website using your unique discount code. The programme is limited to one qualifying recommendation for each recommended friend. In other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a recommended friend do not count as further qualifying recommendations.
Time limit
The recommendation discount earned expires after 6 months, and we will send you a reminder informing you of this 60 days before expiry to ensure that you remember to use it.
You cannot recommend yourself as the recommended customer
The recommended friend and the recommender may not be the same person or have the same household address.
Qualifying purchase
In order to make use of and earn Recommendation points, the individual total order value before any fees must be minimum £30 or above.

This programme is not just for existing customers. It is for anyone who wishes to help spread the word and support our mission to improve and prolong the life of dogs and cats.
Right to cancel or change the terms and conditions
ESSENTIAL FOODS reserves the right to cancel the ESSENTIAL RECOMMENDATION PROGRAMME and to change the terms and conditions at any time. Any unused recommendation rewards will be lost at this point.
Right to close recommendatrion accounts
ESSENTIAL FOODS reserves the right to close the account of a recommender and/or a recommended friend, and to request proper payment if the recommender and/or the recommended friend attempts to use the ESSENTIAL RECOMMENDATION PROGRAMME in a questionable manner or violates any of these terms & conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or regulation.
