Grass-fed British lamb
Grass fed free-run lamb, born and bred in the United Kingdom. It has been found that grass-fed lambs are leaner and that the concentration of omega-3 fatty acids in the meat is higher. Aberdeen Angus Beef
The finest beef in our range. Angus cattle are renowned for their high muscle content and are considered a higher-quality product compared to regular beef due to increased marbling. Good marbling means the fat is evenly distributed throughout the meat, ensuring a consistent texture, juiciness, and flavour. Angus beef is rich in amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.

Free-range Turkey
Free-range turkeys are raised at lower densities in the barn, with access to daylight and fresh air. They grow more slowly, resulting in richer flavour, more muscle fat, and a better, firmer meat texture. The turkeys are a lean source of protein, rich in essential amino acids, low in fat, and a good source of essential nutrients such as riboflavin, potassium, and selenium. (Meets or exceeds Red Tractor standards.)
