Delivery, it's easy!

It's pretty simple.

Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. We normally use DPD for all deliveries above 1kg and Royal Mail 48 for all orders below 1kg while pallets are shipped via Palletways. You can use the forwarded tracking information from DPD to make changes to your delivery such as requesting for the parcel to be left in a safe place. Please note DPD will NOT leave a parcel unless this is requested via the tracking information.

Orders placed before 1pm will normally be shipped the same day, orders placed later will be shipped the following day.

We are convinced that you and your dog or cat will be more than happy. If not, however, simply pack the products you wish to return in a cardboard box and contact our customer service by e-mail or phone. We’ll take care of the rest, entirely free of charge and carefree for you. We are here for our customers!

Our guarantee covers all meal products bought online with us, up to 3 months from date of purchases. Simply get in touch and we'll arrange for a FULL refund.
